Power and Performance Specifications

Two powertrains are available. The first of these is a traditional hybrid setup, while the other is a plug-in hybrid (PHEV).

The Lexus NX 350h Hybrid combines a 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with a battery pack and electric motor for 240 net horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque. It gets an EPA-estimated 24 combined miles per gallon.

The Lexus NX 450h+ PHEV combines the same engine with a larger battery pack, plug-in capability, and a more robust electric motor. This has a number of benefits: higher output (304 net horsepower), all-electric range (an EPA-estimated 37 miles), and improved fuel economy (84 MPGe city on electric, 36 MPG as a hybrid). It also accelerates from 0-60 mph in a brisk 5.6 seconds.

Both models' base trims utilize front-wheel drive. The upper trims receive all-wheel drive as standard equipment.
